Weblast year. We live in a fairly new place and walls were painted two years ago with SW high quality paint. We have hooks for our two towels. The wall below the towels looks like streaks. We have never ever hung up dripping towels. Below the hand towel hook above the vanity, it's doing the same thing but about one foot below the little towel.
