WebIf you only get 40-50fps on a 60Hz monitor, and it NEVER goes above 50 (49, in my case) then your frame rate is capped and this will help you. The best way to check if you have this problem is to start up the game and check the settings right away in the game menu. You can cycle through high/medium/low settings and see what happens.
