In other words, the technique is used for checking the accordance between observed and expected data. WebThe Shapiro-Wilk goodness-of-fit test (Shapiro and Wilk, 1965; Royston, 1992a) is one of the most commonly used goodness-of-fit tests for normality. You can use it to test the following hypothesized distributions: Normal, Lognormal, Three-Parameter Lognormal, Zero-Modified Normal, or Zero-Modified Lognormal (Delta).
