WebSadly there's not really a natural way to completely fix this. The only thing I have been able to do to help is eating smaller meals (like 3-4 bites at a time) and only eating safe foods. Ginger, in my case at least, only really helps calm the stomach. When I'm nauseous or feel sick I usually have ginger ale or ginger chews to help out.
