If you have groin pain after a THR investigate if it is your psoas muscle and Iliopsoas Tendinitis. Your physical therapist should be able to easily find your psoas muscle and push down and you will recognize that is where the pain is coming from. Web17 de out. de 2024 · A pseudotumor (3). I walk around the house without a cane but still carry it outside for longer walks. My stride is pretty good for the most part. My problem is that I get very stiff after fairly short walks.
